  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Business

  3         and Professional Regulation; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to enact legislation

  5         relating to the department; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation relating to the Department of Business and

12  Professional Regulation.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
