  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Business

  3         and Professional Regulation; declaring

  4         legislative intent to enact legislation

  5         relating to organizational and programmatic

  6         changes in the department; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

12  legislation effecting organizational and programmatic changes

13  in the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
