11  The Committee on Tourism offered the following:

14         On page 3, lines 20 though 26
15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  Section 1.  Subsections (4)
18  through (17) are renumbered as subsections (5) through (17)
19  and (19) respectively and new subsections (4) and (18) are
20  added to said section to read:
21         548.002 Definitions.--As used in this act, the term:
22         (4)  "Concessionaire" means any person or business
23  entity not licensed as a promoter which receives revenues or
24  other compensation from the sale of tickets or from the sale
25  of souvenirs, programs, broadcast rights, or any other
26  concessions in conjunction with the promotion of a match.
27         (18)  "Second" or "cornerman" means a person who
28  assists the fight participant between rounds and maintains the
29  corner of the participant during the match.
30         Section 2.  Section 548.015, Florida Statutes, is
31  created to read:

 1         548.015 Concessionaires; security.--The commission may
 2  require that before any license is issued or renewed to a
 3  concessionaire, or before the holding of a match, the
 4  concessionaire must file a surety bond, a cash deposit, or
 5  some other form of security with the commission in such
 6  reasonable amount as the commission determines.
