17 Section 3. Pharmacies located in facilities that are
18 operating medical review committees pursuant to 766.101(1)(a)
19 shall be governed by the reporting requirements in Rule
20 64B16-27.300, Florida Administrative Code, in lieu of the
21 requirements set forth in section 2 of this act.
