13 Amendment (with title amendment)
14 Remove from the bill: Everything after the enacting clause

16 and insert in lieu thereof:
17 Section 1. A new subsection (4) is added to section
18 475.01, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 (4) A broker acting as a trustee or in a fiduciary
20 capacity is subject to the provisions of this chapter.
21 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
22 law.
