11  The Committee on Transportation offered the following:

13         Amendment 
14         On page 2, line 29, through page 3, line 2,
15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (2)  Fifteen percent of the enhanced penalty amount
19  shall be paid to the Department of Children and Family
20  Services for deposit into the Child Welfare Training Trust
21  Fund pursuant to s. 402.40, in memory of Helen Marie Witty.
22         (3)  Ten percent of the enhanced penalty amount shall
23  be deposited in the Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund
24  created in Part 1 of Chapter 427, and used as provided
25  therein.
