  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to communications services;

  3         providing legislative intent; providing an

  4         effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature that

  9  laws and regulations relating to the taxation of communication

10  services should be fair to all service providers and

11  consumers.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
