  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to ad valorem taxation;

  3         providing legislative intent; providing an

  4         effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature that

  9  laws and regulations relating to ad valorem taxation should be

10  administered efficiently.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
