16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:  paid, be credited to the
19  District.  The Board shall provide for an annual financial
20  audit of the accounts and records of the District and make a
21  report thereof at a regularly scheduled meeting in November of
22  each year.
