  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to elections; declaring

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to certification of election results;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to certification of the results of

11  elections.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
