  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to elections; declaring

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to the issue of an elector's name not

  5         appearing on a precinct register on election

  6         day; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation that addresses the issue of an elector's name not

12  appearing on the precinct register at the polls on election

13  day.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
