14 On page 14, between lines 22 and 23,

16 insert:
17 Section 12. Subsection (7) is added to section
18 125.0103, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 125.0103 Ordinances and rules imposing price controls;
20 findings required; procedures.--
21 (7) Notwithstanding any other provision of this
22 section, a municipality, a county, or any other entity of
23 local government may adopt and maintain in effect any law,
24 ordinance, rule, or other measure that is adopted for the
25 purpose of increasing the supply of affordable housing using
26 land use mechanisms such as inclusionary housing ordinances.
