14 On page 14, between lines 22 and 23,

16 insert:
17 Section 12. Section 166.0415, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 166.0415 Affordable housing.--
20 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a
21 municipality may adopt and maintain in effect any law,
22 ordinance, rule, or other measure that is adopted for the
23 purpose of increasing the supply of affordable housing using
24 land use mechanisms such as inclusionary housing ordinances.
25 Section 13. Section 125.01055, Florida Statutes, is
26 created to read:
27 125.01055 Affordable housing.--Notwithstanding any
28 other provision of law, a county may adopt and maintain in
29 effect any law, ordinance, rule, or other measure that is
30 adopted for the purpose of increasing the supply of affordable
31 housing using land use mechanisms such as inclusionary housing
