13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 7, lines 24-29, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  techniques used in taking and transferring "911"
17  calls; and expenses required to develop and maintain all
18  information (ALI and ANI databases and other information
19  source repositories) necessary to properly inform call takers
20  as to location address, type of emergency, and other
21  information directly relevant to the "911" call-taking and
22  transferring function; and, in a county defined in s.
23  125.011(1), such expenses related to a nonemergency "311"
24  system, or similar nonemergency system, which improves the
25  overall efficiency of an existing "911" system or reduces
26  "911" emergency response time for a 2-year pilot project that
27  ends June 30, 2003.
