15 On page 7, between lines 27 and 28 of the bill

17 insert:
18 (h) If at any time an eligible county sells or
19 otherwise conveys the significant new facility or the real
20 property on which it is located to a private entity, an amount
21 equal to the total amount of all rebate proceeds provided to
22 the eligible county with respect to that facility pursuant to
23 s. 212.20(6)(e)7.e. shall be repaid to the state.
