17 Section 1. The Department of Education shall study the
18 fiscal impact of recognizing, for purposes of pay, each year
19 of full-time teaching service performed by the teacher outside
20 the employing school district. Service considered under this
21 provision requires the employee to have received a
22 satisfactory performance evaluation. The department shall
23 report the result of the study to the Governor, the President
24 of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives
25 on or before January 15, 2001.
