14 On page 23, between lines 22 and 23, of the bill

16 insert: (l) Develop, in consultation with Workforce Florida,
17 Inc., and the Agency for Workforce Innovation, created
18 pursuant to ss. 445.004 and 20.50, respectively, a plan for
19 accessing and identifying available resources in the state's
20 workforce system for the purpose of enhancing teacher
21 recruitment and retention. The plan shall be submitted to the
22 Governor, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the
23 House of Representatives, and each school district no later
24 than August 1, 2001.
