14 On page 15, lines 9 through 19,
15 remove from the bill: All of said lines

17 and insert in lieu thereof:
18 (g) Beginning July 1, 2001, for each employee who
19 enters into a written contract, pursuant to this section, in a
20 school district in which the employee was not employed as of
21 June 30, 2001, for purposes of pay a school board must
22 recognize and accept each year of full-time teaching service
23 for which the employee received a satisfactory performance
24 evaluation. This provision is not intended to interfere with
25 the operation of a collective bargaining agreement except to
26 the extent it requires the agreement to treat years of
27 teaching experience out of the district the same as years of
28 teaching experience within the district. Instructional
29 personnel employed pursuant to s. 121.091(9)(b)3., are exempt
30 from the provisions of this paragraph.
