16 remove from the bill: all of said line,

18 and insert in lieu thereof:
19 (2) The county audit report shall be a single document
20 that includes a financial audit of the county as a whole and,
21 for each county agency other than a board of county
22 commissioners, an audit of its financial accounts and records,
23 including reports on compliance and internal control,
24 management letters, and financial statements as required by
25 rules adopted by the Auditor General. In addition to such
26 requirements, if a board of county commissioners elects to
27 have a separate audit of its financial accounts and records in
28 the manner required by rules adopted by the Auditor General
29 for other county agencies, such separate audit shall be
30 included in the county audit report.
