11  Senator Mitchell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 134, lines 9-14, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         Section 68.  The sum of $948,782 is appropriated from
18  the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Elderly Affairs
19  for the purpose of paying the salaries and other
20  administrative expenses of the Office of State Long-Term Care
21  Ombudsman to carry out the provisions of this act during the
22  2001-2002 fiscal year.
23         Section 69.  The sum of $35.3 million is appropriated
24  from the General Revenue Fund and the sum of $43.1 million is
25  appropriated from the Medical Care Trust Fund to the Agency
26  for Health Care Administration for the purpose of implementing
27  the provisions of this act during the 2001-2002 fiscal year.
