14 On page 83, line 2, through page 84, line 19, delete

17 and insert: and may not exceed $10,000. The agency shall
18 annually adjust the per bed licensure fee and the minimum and
19 maximum limits by the Consumer Price Index based on the 12
20 months immediately preceding the increase. $240 per license,
21 with an additional fee of $30 per resident based on the total
22 licensed resident capacity of the facility, except that no
23 additional fee will be assessed for beds designated for
24 recipients of optional state supplementation payments provided
25 for in s. 409.212. The total fee may not exceed $10,000, no
26 part of which shall be returned to the facility. The agency
27 shall adjust the per bed license fee and the total licensure
28 fee annually by not more than the change in the consumer price
29 index based on the 12 months immediately preceding the
30 increase.

1 paragraph (a), the agency shall require facilities that are
2 licensed to provide extended congregate care services under
3 this part to pay an additional fee per licensed facility. The
4 amount of the biennial fee shall be $400 per license, no part
5 of which shall be returned to the facility. The agency may
6 adjust the annual license fee once each year by not more than
7 the average rate of inflation for the 12 months immediately
8 preceding the increase.
9 (c) In addition to the total fee assessed under
10 paragraph (a), the agency shall require facilities that are
11 licensed to provide limited nursing services under this part
12 to pay an additional fee per licensed facility. The amount of
13 the biennial fee shall be $200 per license, with an additional
14 fee of $10 per resident based on the total licensed resident
15 capacity of the facility. The total biennial fee may not
16 exceed $2,000, no part of which shall be returned to the
17 facility. The agency may adjust the $200 biennial license fee
18 and the maximum total license fee once each year by not more
19 than the average rate of inflation for the 12 months
20 immediately preceding the increase.
