13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 92, between lines 3 and 4,

16 insert:
17 (5) Each facility shall report monthly to the agency
18 any liability claim filed against it. The report must include
19 the name of the resident, the dates of the incident leading to
20 the claim, if applicable, and the type of injury or violation
21 of rights alleged to have occurred. This report is not
22 discoverable in any civil or administrative action, except in
23 such actions brought by the agency to enforce the provisions
24 of this part.
