14 On page 75, line 25, through
15 page 82, line 26, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 Section 33. Paragraph (a) of subsection (3) and
19 subsection (4) of section 400.407, Florida Statutes, are
20 amended to read:
21 400.407 License required; fee, display.--
22 (3) Any license granted by the agency must state the
23 maximum resident capacity of the facility, the type of care
24 for which the license is granted, the date the license is
25 issued, the expiration date of the license, and any other
26 information deemed necessary by the agency. Licenses shall be
27 issued for one or more of the following categories of care:
28 standard, extended congregate care, limited nursing services,
29 or limited mental health.
30 (a) A standard license shall be issued to facilities
31 providing one or more of the personal services identified in

1 s. 400.402. Such facilities may also employ or contract with a
2 person licensed under part I of chapter 464 to administer
