11  Senator Silver moved the following amendment to amendment

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 128, lines 25 through 29, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 67.  (1)  The sum of $5,035,636 is appropriated
19  from the General Revenue Fund, the sum of $3,428,975 is
20  appropriated from the Health Care Trust Fund, and the sum of
21  $6,710,164 is appropriated from the Medical Care Trust Fund to
22  the Agency for Health Care Administration, and 79 positions
23  are authorized, for the purposes of implementing this act
24  during the 2001-2002 fiscal year.
25         (2)  The sum of $100,000 is appropriated from the
26  General Revenue Fund to the Department of Elderly Affairs for
27  the purposes of implementing this act during the 2001-2002
28  fiscal year.
