17         Section 66.  The Department of Health shall develop, in
18  consultation with Workforce Florida, Inc., created pursuant to
19  s. 445.004, Florida Statutes, the Agency for Workforce
20  Innovation, created pursuant to s. 20.50, Florida Statutes,
21  and the Agency for Health Care Administration, a plan for
22  accessing and identifying available resources in the state's
23  workforce system for the purpose of enhancing recruitment and
24  retention of certified nursing assistants to meet the staffing
25  requirements of this act. The plan shall be submitted to the
26  Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the
27  House of Representatives no later than October 1, 2001.
