18  The Department of Revenue may adopt rules requiring the
19  information that it considers necessary to ensure that the
20  funds due under this section are properly reported and paid,
21  including, but not limited to rules relating to the methods,
22  forms (including the filing of returns by the receiving
23  companies), deadlines, and penalties for providing the
24  information required under this section.
