14         On page 119, before line 1,

16  insert:  
17         Section 44.  The sum of $650,000 is appropriated to the
18  Florida Commercial Space Financing Corporation from the
19  General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2001-2002, and the sum of
20  $650,000 is appropriated to the Spaceport Florida Authority
21  from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2001-2002. These
22  funds shall be used solely for the purpose of infrastructure
23  growth.
