14 On page 86, between lines 8 and 9, of the bill

16 insert: Section 35. The Florida Department of Citrus or its
17 successor may collect dues, contributions, or any other
18 financial payment upon request by, and on behalf of, any
19 not-for-profit corporation and its related not-for-profit
20 corporations. Such not-for-profit corporation must be
21 engaged, to the exclusion of agricultural commodities other
22 than citrus, in market news and grower education solely for
23 citrus growers, and must have at least 5,000 members who are
24 engaged in growing citrus in this state for commercial sale.
