16 insert: To provide after-school care programs under this
17 paragraph, a community-based organization or a faith-based
18 organization must be a nonprofit organization that holds a
19 current exemption from federal taxation under s. 501(c)(3) or
20 (4) of the Internal Revenue Code or must be a religious
21 organization that is not required to apply for recognition of
22 its exemption from federal taxation under s. 501(c)(3) of the
23 Internal Revenue Code.
