14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 25, between lines 27 and 28,

17  insert a new section:  
18         Section 10.  The sum of $166,794 from the General
19  Revenue Fund and $85,924 from the Administrative Trust Fund is
20  appropriated to the Department of Children and Family Services
21  to implement the provisions of this act.
22         and redesignate subsequent section.
