14 On page 21, between lines 12 and 13,

16 insert:
17 Section 19. Paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section
18 655.82, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 655.82 Pay-on-death accounts.--
20 (3) In an account with a pay-on-death designation:
21 (b) On the death of the sole party or the last
22 survivor of two or more parties, sums on deposit belong to the
23 surviving beneficiary or beneficiaries. If two or more
24 beneficiaries survive, sums on deposit belong to them in equal
25 and undivided shares, and, unless otherwise provided in a
26 depository agreement written between December 31, 1994, and
27 July 1, 2001, there is no right of survivorship in the event
28 of death of a beneficiary thereafter. If no beneficiary
29 survives, sums on deposit belong to the estate of the last
30 surviving party.
