14 On page 3, lines 13-17, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 Section 3. The Department of Health and the Agency for
18 Health Care Administration shall monitor the total Medicaid
19 expenditures for services made under this act. If Medicaid
20 expenditures are projected to exceed the amount appropriated
21 by the Legislature, the Department of Health shall limit the
22 number of screenings to ensure Medicaid expenditures do not
23 exceed the amount appropriated. The Department of Health, in
24 cooperation with the Agency for Health Care Administration,
25 shall prepare an annual report that must include the number of
26 women screened; the percentage of positive and negative
27 outcomes; the number of referrals to Medicaid and other
28 providers for treatment services; the estimated number of
29 women who are not screened or not served by Medicaid due to
30 funding limitations, if any; the cost of Medicaid treatment
31 services; and the estimated cost of treatment services for

1 women who were not screened or referred for treatment due to
2 funding limitations. The report shall be submitted to the
3 President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of
4 Representatives, and the Executive Office of the Governor by
5 March 1 of each year.

12 On page 1, line 9, after the semicolon,

14 insert:
15 requiring the Department of Health and the

20 appropriations; requiring the Department of
21 Health submit an annual report to the
22 Legislature and the Governor;
