  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to children and families in

  3         need of services; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to amend ch. 984, F.S., relating to

  5         children and families in need of services;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to amend chapter

11  984, Florida Statutes, relating to children and families in

12  need of services.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
