  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to family court division;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to amend the

  4         laws related to cases assigned to the family

  5         law division of the courts; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to amend the laws

11  related to cases assigned to the family law division of the

12  courts.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
