14 On page 2, lines 21 and 22, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 Section 2. Effective July 1, 2001, present paragraphs
18 (i) and (j) of subsection (1) of section 794.011, Florida
19 Statutes, are redesignated as paragraphs (j) and (k),
20 respectively, and a new paragraph (i) is added to that
21 subsection, to read:
22 794.011 Sexual battery.--
23 (1) As used in this chapter:
24 (i) "Vaginal" or "vagina" refers to the internal or
25 external parts of the sexual organ of a female.
26 Section 3. Effective July 1, 2001, paragraph (e) is
27 added to subsection (1) of section 796.07, Florida Statutes,
28 to read:
29 796.07 Prohibiting prostitution, etc.; evidence;
30 penalties; definitions.--
31 (1) As used in this section:

1 (e) "Vaginal" or "vagina" refers to the internal or
2 external parts of the sexual organ of a female.
3 Section 4. Effective July 1, 2001, paragraph (e) is
4 added to subsection (1) of section 800.14, Florida Statutes,
5 to read:
6 800.04 Lewd or lascivious offenses committed upon or
7 in the presence of persons less than 16 years of age.--
8 (1) DEFINITIONS.--As used in this section:
9 (e) "Vaginal" or "vagina" refers to the internal or
10 external parts of the sexual organ of a female.
11 Section 5. Effective July 1, 2001, subsection (1) of
12 section 825.1025, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
13 825.1025 Lewd or lascivious offenses committed upon or
14 in the presence of an elderly person or disabled adult.--
15 (1) As used in this section, the term:
16 (a) "Sexual activity" means the oral, anal, or vaginal
17 penetration by, or union with, the sexual organ of another or
18 the anal or vaginal penetration of another by any other
19 object; however, sexual activity does not include an act done
20 for a bona fide medical purpose.
21 (b) "Vaginal" or "vagina" refers to the internal or
22 external parts of the sexual organ of a female.
23 Section 6. Effective July 1, 2001, paragraph (j) is
24 added to subsection (1) of section 827.071, Florida Statutes,
25 to read:
26 827.071 Sexual performance by a child; penalties.--
27 (1) As used in this section, the following definitions
28 shall apply:
29 (j) "Vaginal" or "vagina" refers to the internal or
30 external parts of the sexual organ of a female.
31 Section 7. Effective July 1, 2001, subsection (14) is

1 added to section 847.001, Florida Statutes, to read:
2 847.001 Definitions.--When used in this chapter:
3 (14) "Vaginal" or "vagina" refers to the internal or
4 external parts of the sexual organ of a female.
5 Section 8. Except as otherwise expressly provided in
6 this act, this act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
