17 insert:
18 (i) If any financings permitted by this section, s.
19 228.056, or any successor provision of law, are structured by
20 a charter school so that interest paid by the charter school
21 will be excluded from the gross income of the recipient for
22 federal income tax purposes, the appropriate district school
23 board shall expedite consideration of adoption of any
24 resolution submitted to it within 30 days or at the next board
25 meeting following the request of the charter school, whichever
26 is most expedient for the charter school, by or on behalf of
27 the charter school, for adoption for the purposes of Revenue
28 Procedure 82-26 of the Internal Revenue Service, or any
29 successor revenue procedure. This section shall be liberally
30 construed in order to achieve the purposes stated herein.
