11  The Committee on Health Promotion offered the following:

13         Amendment 
14         On page 2, lines 10-21, and on page 3, lines 3-14,
15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines
16  
17  and insert in lieu thereof:  
18         (a)  A mobile dental unit owned by, operated by, or
19  having a contractual agreement with the Department of Health,
20  complying with Medicaid's county health department clinic
21  services program specifications as a county health department
22  clinic services provider.
23         (b)  A mobile dental unit owned by, operated by, or
24  having a contractual arrangement with a federally qualified
25  health center, complying with Medicaid's federally qualified
26  health center specifications as a federally qualified health
27  center provider.
28         (c)  A mobile dental unit rendering dental services to
29  Medicaid recipients, 21 years of age and older, at nursing
30  facilities.
31         (d)  A mobile dental unit owned by, operated by, or
