14 Delete everything after the enacting clause

17 Section 1. Section 475.015, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 475.015 Applicability.--A broker acting as a trustee or
20 in a fiduciary capacity is subject to the provisions of this
21 chapter.
22 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
23 law.
