  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to real estate brokers;

  3         creating s. 475.015, F.S.; clarifying

  4         applicability of ch. 475, F.S., to a broker

  5         acting as a trustee or in a fiduciary capacity;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Section 475.015, Florida Statutes, is

11  created to read:

12         475.015  Applicability.--A broker acting as a trustee

13  or in a fiduciary capacity is subject to the provisions of

14  this chapter.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
