15 On page 6, lines 4-12
16 remove from the amendment: all of said lines

18 and insert in lieu thereof:
19 (10) The department, in consultation with the
20 Department of Environmental Protection, the water management
21 districts, the Department of Community Affairs, and the
22 Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, shall adopt
23 rules that establish an application process, a process and
24 criteria for setting priorities for use of funds consistent
25 with the purposes specified in s. 570.71(1) and giving
26 preference to ranch and timber lands managed using sustainable
27 practices, an appraisal process, and a process for review and
28 approval of the rules by the Board of Trustees of the Internal
29 Improvement Trust Fund.
