11  The Council for Healthy Communities offered the following:

13         Amendment to Amendment (675103) (with title amendment) 
14         On page 2, lines 18 through 23,
15  remove from the amendment:  all said lines
16  
17  and insert:  (c)  Any person who is convicted of a third
18  violation of this section for an offense occurring within a
19  period of 10 years after the date of a prior conviction of
20  this section is guilty of a felony of the third degree,
21  punishable as provided in s. 775.082, 775.083 or 775.084 and
22  as further provided in subsection (6)(c).  The minimum fine
23  for such a third violation shall be not less than $1,000.
24         (d)  Any person who is convicted of a fourth or
25  subsequent violation of this section for an offense occurring
26  within a period of 10 years after the date of a prior
27  conviction of this section is guilty of a felony of the third
28  degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, 775.083 or
29  775.084 and as further provided in subsection (6)(c).  The
30  minimum fine for such fourth or subsequent violation shall be
31  not less than $1,000.
