20 Section 40. Section 11 of chapter 99-354, Laws of
21 Florida, and subsection (11) of section 240.5186, Florida
22 Statutes, are repealed.
23 Section 41. Section 6 of chapter 99-393, Laws of
24 Florida, is repealed.
25 Section 42. Section 192 of chapter 99-397, Laws of
26 Florida, is repealed.
27 Section 43. The Diversity Council and the State
28 Customer Advisory Council created pursuant to authority of the
29 Department of Labor and Employment Security under section
30 20.171, Florida Statutes, are abolished.
31 Section 44. The State Agency Law Enforcement Radio

8 Vehicles under section 322.025, Florida Statutes, are
9 abolished.
