  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to ethics in government;

  3         expressing the intent of the Legislature to

  4         enact legislation relating to ethics in

  5         government; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to ethics in government.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
