15 On page 13, between lines 17 and 18, of the bill,

17 insert:
18 (k) Any development or expansion of a brownfield site
19 or area designated as such in accordance with ss.
20 376.77-376.85 is exempt from the provisions of this section,
21 if such development or expansion is consistent with the local
22 comprehensive plan.
