  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Public Service

  3         Commission; declaring legislative intent to

  4         enact legislation effecting organizational and

  5         programmatic changes in the commission;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation effecting organizational and programmatic changes

12  in the Public Service Commission.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
