14         On page 3, lines 10-14, delete those lines

16  and insert:  
17         (e)  Any person who knows that he or she is not
18  entitled to obtain information made confidential by this
19  section and who obtains or attempts to obtain such information
20  commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided
21  in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
