14         Amendment to Amendment (913359) (with title amendment) 
15         On page 49, between lines 5 and 6

17  insert:  
18         Section 26.  Subsection (5) of section 215.618, Florida
19  Statutes, is amended to read:
20         215.618  Bonds for acquisition and improvement of land,
21  water areas, and related property interests and resources.--
22         (5)  The proceeds from the sale of bonds issued
23  pursuant to this section, less the costs of issuance, the
24  costs of funding reserve accounts, and other costs with
25  respect to the bonds, shall be deposited into the Florida
26  Forever Trust Fund. The bond proceeds deposited into the
27  Florida Forever Trust Fund shall be distributed by the
28  Department of Environmental Protection as provided in s.
29  259.105. Any transfer of the bond proceeds deposited into the
30  Florida Forever Trust Fund for purposes other than those
31  provided in s. 259.105 shall be agreed to by thee-fifths of
