  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the recruitment of teachers;

  3         providing legislative intent; providing an

  4         effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws that

  9  affect the state's ability to recruit school teachers.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

11  law.
