  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida High School

  3         Activities Association; requiring the

  4         association to include certain minority

  5         students' past athletic accomplishments in its

  6         official records; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Florida High School Activities

11  Association shall include in its official records the athletic

12  accomplishments attained by minority students before

13  integration of the state's public schools.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2001.
