14         On page 4, line 31, of the amendment

16  after the period insert:  
17         (7)(a)  An individual who has submitted an application
18  and holds a certificate, registration, or license as an
19  athlete agent in another state may submit a copy of the
20  application and certificate, registration, or license from the
21  other state in lieu of submitting an application in the form
22  prescribed pursuant to this section.  The department shall
23  accept the application and the certificate from the other
24  state as an application for registration in this state if the
25  application in the other state:
26         1.  Was submitted in the other state within 6 months
27  next preceding the submission of the application in this state
28  and the applicant certifies that the information contained in
29  the application is current;
30         2.  Contains information substantially similar to or
31  more comprehensive than that required in an application
